    Sehr schöne Tomaten

    Seit Jahren meine bevorzugten Dosentomaten. Wobei es inzwischen auch im Supermarkt gut Cocktailtomaten in der Dose gibt - für Spaghetti Pomodore gibt es keine besseren Tomaten. Mein Tipp: mindestens 1h langsam köcheln lassen.

    Einbildung oder schmecken diese wirklich anders? Ich habe sie für eine Tomatensoße mit Scampi verwendet und fand sie geschmacklich klasse, darüber hinaus eine tolle Konsistenz, d. h. viel Frucht und wenig Flüssigkeit, was zu einer cremigen Soße führte.
