    The grapes for the Barbera d'Alba, which impresses every year, come mainly from vineyards in Castiglione Falletto, with a small proportion of the fruit coming from Ravera. Black cherry, plum, chocolate, leather, liquorice, spices and menthol are presented here in an intoxicating, exotically ripe wine that is a joy to drink even at a young age.
