    Bertani has been making Rosato since the 1930s. Back when rosé wasn't yet a trend but an everyday wine on Lake Garda, Bertarosé was already on the table. Today it is part of the Velante range, repositioned for an audience seeking freshness and distinctive character. The grapes come from the clay- and limestone-rich hills of the Lake Garda hinterland and from young Valpolicella vineyards: Molinara, Corvina and Rondinella. Guyot training system, 4,500 to 5,000 vines per hectare, harvested in late September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the grapes sorted by variety.

    A delicate pink with luminous highlights. The bouquet offers notes of berries and spices; fresh and inviting. On the palate, it has good structure and lively acidity, with a clean, pleasant final. Ninety years of experience, with a modern approach. SUPERIORE.DE
