Fórra, an elegant small-batch white wine, is made purely from Manzoni Bianco and has an interesting history and an exciting development. Lageder's project with this grape variety began several years ago and resulted in the crossing of Rhine Riesling and Pinot Bianco. Traditional methods were used in the cellar to ensure freshness and vibrancy. Contact with the skins over several days sharpens the profile of the wine. After spontaneous fermentation, Fórra remains on its lees in wooden barrels for several months. SOF is a rosé project designed by Sophia Antinori, daughter of Lodovico Antinori, and packaged in a heavy frosted bottle with a flared cap. The name refers to the altitude at which the grapes for this spumante, produced using the Champagne method, grow. Noble light yellow, in the bouquet delicate notes of broom, yellow fruits and the typical yeast note. The Campo della Pieve vineyard (approx. 380 metres above sea level) faces south-west and has thicker soils and more tufa. The most recent parcel, which was recently acquired, is the highest to date at 400 metres above sea level. The site is more susceptible to wind and has good water retention thanks to the heavier clay soils.

Bright, light golden yellow colour. Delicate nose of fresh yellow apple, some peach, lemon balm, flint in the background. Round and smooth on the palate with a lovely balance between acidity, freshness, citrus and tropical fruit, plus a subtle minerality. The grapes for this noble Valpolicella come from calcareous marl soils from the terraced vineyards of the Novare winery. Similar to the Amarone process, the grapes undergo a second fermentation on the sweet skins of dried grapes in March after the harvest. Strong ruby red, warm spicy notes on the palate, cherry, black pepper and hints of chocolate.
