    Pasta

    You love pasta? So are we! Preferably the wonderful noodle variants from durum wheat semolina of small manufactories in southern Italy or also delicious tagliatelle from fresh dough with many eggs. Whether spaghetti, penne rigate or the little farfalle, which actually means butterfly, although they look like an elegant fly to the tuxedo. The variations and names are almost countless and often funny from a historical point of view. There is Cavatappi - corkscrew or "mal tagliate", which simply means "badly cut", as well as Capellini - "angel hair", very thin spaghetti or Strozzapreti - Pfaffenwürger, because at that time supposedly too greedy priests got a choking stimulus while snapping the meal too fast.

    Quasi fast food in slow food quality.

    Den Qualitätsunterschied schmeckt man gerade bei den genial einfachen Rezepten wie "Pasta al burro e salvia" (die gekochten Nudeln einfach in Butter mit frischen Salbei-Blättern schwenken) oder die legendären "aglio e olio" (leicht angerösteter Knoblauch und feinstes extra vergine Olivenöl). And of course, if you cook for hours in the kitchen with the perfect "ragù alla bolognese", then you should also add the really good tagliatelle, just like the Italians do and never spaghetti from blue boxes.

    Pasta is also practical. If it has to go fast, simply add a delicious pesto or a sugo from our delicatessen assortment and ten minutes later the "Penne all'arrabbiata" or "Rigatoni con pesto genovese" are ready to serve.

    A little tip: flower pots with fresh herbs such as basil, rosemary or thyme are not only delicious givers of taste and pretty table decoration, but also smell wonderfully like holidays. SUPERIORE.DE
