Binot Bianco Praesulis is unobtrusive but remarkably pretty. Bright silver with straw yellow colour. Peach, fine nuances of red berries and sweet sage on the nose. On the palate, juicy, racy, savoury, with a great draw and precise finish, plus a mix of candied lime and salty minerals that cut through its silky textures.
