Bianco di Morgante is a pure Nero d'Avola. However, the typical Sicilian red grape was vinified without contact with the skins, resulting in this very successful and exceptionally finesse-rich white wine. This fresh, aromatic Moscato giallo was vinified dry. The grapes come from selected, warm and sun-exposed vineyards on the Ritten above Bolzano at 500 metres above sea level. Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Aromatic on the nose, hints of nutmeg and yellow fruit.
