Forget everything you think you know about rosé. The grapes for this masterpiece come from four different vineyards, one of which, Madonna degli Angeli, is home to vines 45-90 years old. Rosa del Rosa is archetypal for complexity and aromatic density with simultaneous suppleness and elegance. On the palate with maximum harmony and complexity; fine red berries and orange fruitiness paired with a certain spiciness lead up to a polished and never-ending finish. Speaking of pasta love! In our category delicacies you will also find the wonderful durum wheat semolina pasta from the Rustichella d'Abruzzo manufactory. Since 1924, high-quality pasta has been produced here with great care and the consistent avoidance of mechanised production. The traditional manufactory is located in the heart of Abruzzo in the small municipality of Pianella. Here, only particularly high-quality ingredients are used to make the pasta. The dough is made from the best durum wheat semolina and is pulled through hand-forged bronze discs in the old artisan tradition. This process not only gives the pasta the authentic appearance of handmade pasta, but also the typical rough surface to which sauces and vinaigrettes adhere perfectly.
