Pertimalis Riserva aus dem Spitzenjahr 2016 ist unglaublich weich und seidig in der Textur, mit reifen roten Beerenfrüchten, die von salzigen Mineralien und pikanten Gewürzen durchzogen sind und sich zum Ende hin zu floralen Noten entwickeln. Die großartige Struktur kommt im langen, dramatischen Abgang zum Vorschein, mit Säuren und Mineralien, die nachklingen, und würzigen roten Früchten, die nur langsam verblassen. Dies ist ein besonders schöner Ausdruck des Jahrgangs, der vor Energie nur so strotzt. Im Abgang erwartet uns eine beeindruckende Struktur, und der Wein schafft es dabei jederzeit, seine Frische zu bewahren.
