Mit seinem Flaggschiff Poggio al Lupo der gleichnamigen Kellerei in Magliano hat Antonio Moretti einen überaus sortentypischen Cabernet Sauvignon geschaffen. Köstlich schon allein sein fülliges Bouquet nach roten Früchten und Gewürzen. Am Gaumen dann viel Druck und eine ebenso großzügige Aromenvielfalt aus Brombeere, getrockneten Kirschen und jungem Leder. Umhüllt von einem fein gewebten Tannin geht dieser typische Maremma-Wein sanft und lang in einen sehr attraktiven Abgang. SUPERIORE.DE
