Pagus Camilla kommt aus einer kleinen Parzelle namens "Camilla" nahe der Sondraia-Weinberge. Hier erfährt die Vermentino-Traube während der Ausreifung eine höhere Konzentration mit zarten Anklängen an Riesling. Dieser in Kleinstauflage produzierte "Projektwein" ist ein einzigartiges Beispiel für das Potenzial der Rebsorte in Bolgheri.
