Der Etna zählt zu Italiens faszinierendsten Weinregionen und Andrea Franchetti ist wohl der fanatischste Produzent dieser Gegend. Hinzu kommen achtzig Jahre alte, einheimische Nerello Mascalese Reben. Die Einzellage Contrada Porcaria hat eine durch und durch männliche Persönlichkeit. Dunkel nach reifem Obst und Menthol duftend, am Gaumen vorrangig Gewürze und Mineralien mit vielen weiteren Facetten. Der Verlauf und das Finale reich, dicht und sehr überzeugend. SUPERIORE.DE
