    Rio Sordo Riserva ist besonders dicht, reich und ausgewogen. Im Bouquet finden wir Rosen, Gewürze und Himbeeren. Am Gaumen sehr komplex und von herrlicher Tiefe und Saftigkeit. Rio Sordo bietet vordergründig eine straffe und scharfe Frucht, die im Abgang mit etwas Tannin und Knackigkeit abgerundet wird. Die sich bei guter Belüftung oder weiterer Flaschenreife entwickelnden floralen Noten bis ins Finale machen diese Barbaresco Riserva schon in jungen Jahren unwiderstehlich. SUPERIORE.DE
