Pio Cesares Barolo entsteht aus Trauben von Weinbergen in Serralunga, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra und Novello. Rubin-Granat mit hellrotem Rand. In der Nase Tee, Rosenblätter, etwas Lakritze, dazu Pflaumen und kleine rote Beeren. Fleischig, fruchtig und dicht am Gaumen, schöne Himbeer- und Brombeer-Töne, gut gebautes Tannin mit einem cremigen Kern, sehr lang und einnehmend. SUPERIORE.DE
