Angelos Großvater sprach damals, als Angelo eine Rebfläche mit Cabernet Sauvignon bestockte, von einer Schande. Dieses Wort (ital. Darmagi) gab dem reinsortigen Cabernet letztendlich seinen Namen. Alles andere als eine Schande ist das Ergebnis: schwarze Früchte, Espresso, gegrillte Kräuter und Cassis im reichen und dichten Bouquet. Eleganz und Harmonie am Gaumen, Aromen von Leder und eine gewisse Erdigkeit erhöhen die Komplexität.
