Die streng selektierten Trauben dieses Greco in Riserva-Qualität stammen vom Weinberg Santa Paolina. Der Wein reift 12 Monate auf der Feinhefe und es kommen gerade einmal 3.300 Flaschen in den ausgewählten Fachhandel und die Gastronomie. Strahlendes Hellgelb mit goldenen Reflexen. Im Bouquet Gelbfrüchte wie Aprikose und Pfirsich, dazu grasig-kräuterige Noten. Am Gaumen voll und rund, mit einer subtilen Cremigkeit, sehr komplex und würzig. Er ist bei aller Opulenz und Geschmacksfülle präzise und frisch und verfügt über ein wunderbares Alterungspotenzial. SUPERIORE.DE

"This is my first taste of this new wine from Donnachiara. The 2017 Greco di Tufo Aletheia takes a cheerful and carefree approach to the Greco grape with citrus fruit, pear, white melon, honey and crushed mineral. The wine is transparent and luminous in appearance with a fresh, simple and forthcoming delivery of aromas. A selection of the best fruit from the Santa Paolina vineyard with tufo-rich soils is used. No malolactic fermentation was allowed, and the wine is sharp and extra crispy as a result. Some 3,300 numbered bottles were made." Robert Parker
