Due Uve bianco is a cheerful and informal blend of Chardonnay and Garganega and pays homage to the volcanic soils that characterise the vineyards east of Verona. The Garganega is cold-soaked on the skins just before pressing, and both grape components are fermented in French oak barrels. Bertani's Ripasso is a true classic. The grapes come from the hills around Valpantena and from the direct Valpolicella Classico area. The production at Bertani is carried out according to the old traditional method: The young, already fermented Valpolicella wine is blended with the skins, which have dried naturally in the meantime, giving it a richer and more concentrated aroma. It then undergoes a second so-called "ripasso" fermentation, which is triggered by the yeasts that are still sufficiently present in the skins.

Intense purple with violet reflections. On the nose, numerous dark red fruits such as blackberry, currant and ripe cherry. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which, with the slightly increased residual sweetness, results in an exciting yet dry impression. Velvety and balanced, with quite a long finish.
