    "The 2019 Valdobbiadene Extra Brut 26° Primo from the Rive di Col San Martino is heavily perfumed with masses of white and yellow flowers complemented by a note of crushed ripe apples. This is a sharply focused and mineral-driven effort, far from the average, easy-drinking Prosecco most people are accustomed to. Instead, I find a savory display of spice and wild herbs before giving way to tart orchard fruits. While mouthwatering and refreshing, this finishes incredibly long and almost salty. Also worth pointing out are the back labels from Andreola’s Rive lineup, which outline their vineyards and, in this case, the grams per liter of residual sugar, which is zero. Consider me a fan."
