    "Distinct ethereal spicy aroma of ripe red and black berries with some cocktail cherry and almost a little plummy notes, aromatic smoke and dried herbs. Quite tart, increasingly juicy fruit with air with smoky, spicy and dried herbal notes, lots of salt, earthy tones in the background, sandy, still slightly drying tannin and noticeable acid bite, noticeable alcohol but it will bind in with time, woody notes, very slightly open, very good, quite tight finish with spice, herbal notes and tart juice."
