Chianti Classico Vallenuova has the potential to become a favourite wine. It is the archetypal expression of Sangiovese from a single vineyard, which could not be more typical and authentic. Lively, sparkling ruby, a little cedar and small wild berries on the nose, along with spices, beetroot and white pepper. On the palate, leather, tobacco and a hint of citrus fruit, in the final it presents itself pleasantly lean with a convincing, drinkable freshness. SUPERIORE.DE
