    "Il Randagio" Rosso Toscana IGT 2020

    Il Randagio, the "Stray" is Sean's new Bordeaux cuvée of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Initially still quite closed, the finely spicy nose creeps up with increasing aeration and opens further to a wonderfully complex bouquet of dark red to black berries. The palate is wide-ranging with delicate wild berry aromas, perfectly polished tannins and a fresh, very invigorating acid wire that uninhibitedly enhances the drinkability of this once again typically different red.     "Bright ruby red with sparkling reflections. Very fragrant and expressive on the nose, of blood oranges, wild strawberries, fresh raspberries, delicately fleshy in the finish, appealing. Opens up on the palate with a slight vegetal touch, crisp and fresh, drinks very well, slightly drying tannin in the finish." Falstaff
