    "Vin Ruspo" Rosato di Carmignano DOC 2019 (BIO)

    Vin Ruspo means "stolen wine." Originally, the winery workers used to divert a part of the young must every year to drink it during and after work to strengthen and rennet it. Strong, sparkling rosé. Fruity, floral nose, fresh on the palate with a good acid wire and an enamel that makes this wine an excellent accompaniment to food or a sun-kissed soloist.
