Occhione is a racy and fresh cuvée of 90% Vermentino and 10% Viognier. Bright light yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, fine notes of peach, mango and grapefruit, on the palate of medium power with floral, fruity notes and a well-dosed acidity. All in all, a fresh and elegant wine that not only goes perfectly with fine Mediterranean fish cuisine, but also brings the typical maquis of the Maremma into the glass. SUPERIORE.DE
