Bright dark ruby, intense and inviting nose with a pronounced aroma of dark fruits, especially blackberries, with some liquorice behind. Firm and gripping on the palate with taut tannins, the Cavaliere shows its animating (Sangiovese) style over the course of the wine and keeps a good pressure until the long final. SUPERIORE.DE
