This fresh, aromatic Moscato giallo was vinified dry. The grapes come from selected, warm and sun-exposed vineyards on the Ritten above Bolzano at 500 metres above sea level. Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Aromatic on the nose, hints of nutmeg and yellow fruit. It has a well-integrated acidity and convinces on the finish with a subtle, refined mineral note. SUPERIORE.DE

This lovely Goldmuskateller can be recognised by its typical aromatic nutmeg scent, which is combined here with a light honeydew melon note. The fine residual sweetness gives the wine a pleasant softness and personality. SUPERIORE.DE

Pleasantly elegant and pleasantly unobtrusive Sauvignon Blanc from the Mock vineyard on steep slopes with gravel soils. Light greenish yellow, with a delicate aroma of elderflower, pepper, grapefruit and some gooseberry. The well-balanced taste is fruity, soft, with the right dose of power and aromatically long. The porphyry soils on which the vines for the first organic wine from the successful co-operative winery grow are of volcanic origin, and the former lava flows gave the elegant, fresh wine its name. It is a perfectly successful symbiosis of the organic origins of the Bolzano region and the contemporary high standards of fresh and crisp South Tyrolean white wines. The very rare Rosenmuskateller originally comes from Sicily and has been native to South Tyrol since the middle of the 19th century. Rosis is a floral and elegant wine, its grapes are hand-picked and air-dried. Bright ruby red in colour. A floral bouquet of roses, nutmeg and small red fruits. On the palate, it develops a fine floral sweetness paired with a harmonious, fruity acidity. With Rosis, the name simply says it all! SUPERIORE.DE

TAL 1930 recalls the beginnings of the Santa Maddalena winery in 1930: a year of particular significance for the history of viticulture in South Tyrol and for the Bolzano winery. The contrast between mountain and valley - Alpine and Mediterranean - defines the character of this exceptional cuvée. The vineyards for the white varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio lie between the valley floor and the sometimes gentle, sometimes steep slopes of the famous Renon near Bolzano. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 400 to 700 metres and vary greatly in location and temperature due to the sun from the Dolomites and the sometimes strong winds of the Isarco Valley.

Grapes from the best terroirs and vines that are 30 years old and older are rigorously selected and the knowledge of the climate and microclimate, which is the result of many years of experience, ultimately determines this powerful yet elegant cuvée. TAL 1930 is aged for 12 months in small oak barrels and then matures for 14 months in stainless steel tanks before resting in the bottle on its way to perfection. 1,888 numbered bottles were bottled.

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections, cool and seductive. Intense yet elegant notes of exotic fruits such as mango, pineapple and melon on the nose, combined with fresh hints of grapefruit and lime. Flavours of apple, pear and lychee are accompanied by hints of elderflower, jasmine and a feather-light, caramelly sweetness. 1908 is the year in which the Gries winery was founded. The history of the winery is closely linked to three rivers, but it is the Talvera that has shaped it the most. Bolzano is not called the city of Talvera for nothing. The old floodplains have given the winegrowers very special soils. These alluvial soils on porphyry provide the ideal basis for Lagrein in particular, but also for Cabernet and Merlot. With its good water permeability and mineral deposits, Bolzano's volcanic porphyry has always been one of the keys to wines full of character.

The idea behind this red wine cuvée is an uncompromising composition of three wines carefully selected from single vineyards in the Bolzano basin, cooled by the winds from the Sarntal valley and selected vines that are up to 50 years old and, as with all of the cooperative's top products, are subject to strict yield regulation. At the same time, nothing is left to chance in the cellar: TAL 1908 matures for 12 months in small oak barrels (French barriques) and then for 15 months in concrete vats, whose fine pores allow air to enter, before finally acquiring its final finesse in the bottle. Adherence to these strict principles in the vineyard and in the cellar is a prerequisite for the richness and uniqueness of the flavour. The Cuvée TAL 1908 is not a matter of logic - it must be savoured with all the senses. 2,999 numbered bottles were bottled.

Deep garnet red colour. A symphony of ripe fruit on the nose, in particular aromas of raspberries, redcurrants and blackberries, with light notes of pepper and cloves, combined with hints of cocoa, graphite and liquorice in the depths. A highly complex harmony on the palate, consisting of soft finesse, mineral freshness and framed by wonderfully proportioned acidity. "On the nose, it immediately exudes the generosity of Lagrein with ripe black berry fruit, ripe blackberries, cloves, dark chocolate and coffee beans. Very concentrated in the mouth, almost opulent, powerful structure, again with notes of ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and sweet, velvety tannins.
