    Fórra, an elegant white wine in a small edition, is made of pure Manzoni Bianco, has an interesting history and an exciting development.

    Lageder's project with this grape variety began several years ago and culminated in the crossing of Rheinriesling and Pinot Bianco. In the cellar - for much freshness and liveliness - completely traditional methods were used. Thus the contact with the skins over several days sharpens the profile of the wine. After spontaneous fermentation, Fórra remains in wooden barrels on the yeasts for several months.
