Tareni Grillo is fragrant and floral, and the wine shows great purity and freshness throughout. Tareni Chardonnay glows straw yellow with emerald green reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of bergamot, green apple, white flowers and some cedar wood. Very full and juicy on the palate, with a delicate melt and restrained acidity. As the wine progresses, it becomes very balanced and round. Deep ruby red with violet reflections. On the lush bouquet, notes of black cherry, blackberry and red mulberry. On the palate with a firm fruit core and hints of black cherries, pomegranate and Mediterranean herbs. As it progresses, spicy, soft and of good, medium length. SUPERIORE.DE

Bright garnet red. Intense aroma of red berries and plums, with a hint of violets. Fresh red berry fruit in the drink, then plum again and some cherry, then pomegranate. A fresh red with a lot of drinking flow and with its fine acidity and mineral note an excellent food companion. SUPERIORE.DE

Light-coloured, brilliant wine with golden reflections. The spicy aroma is characterised by floral notes, summer fruits, scree, pepper and oregano, which is wonderfully balanced by undertones of narcissus and citrus fruits. La Segreta, which takes its name from the surrounding woods near Ulmo, is a charming cuvée made from Grecanico, Chardonnay, Grillo and a small proportion of other grape varieties. The grapes for Carlo Pellegrino's single-varietal Catarratto from certified organic cultivation come from the area around Trapani from chalky-sandy soils. Here, the high summer temperatures are tempered by strong summer winds. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied bouquet of orange blossom, sweet lemons and yellow apples. Taut and bright on the palate, with its clearly recognisable Sicilian identity, it also offers plenty of sunshine in the glass as an aperitivo. SUPERIORE.DE

Planetas Rosé exudes a fragrant bouquet of freshly cut roses, wild strawberries, pomegranate and wet stone. Silky and smooth on the palate with a savoury, salty mix of mineral apples and pears giving way to pretty inner flowers. La Segreta Bianco is a 100% Grillo from the charming Ulmo region and the oldest winery in the Planeta family. Pale straw yellow in colour with green reflections.
