Puer Apuliae (son of Apulia) is the name given by the De Coratos to their elegant and qualitatively outstanding drop of 100% Nero di Troia. The flagship in the cellar inspires with its balsamic scent, where there is room for spices, plums, pickled nuts and black sauces. The taste is very concentrated and yet juicy, of great matter and density, with a long finish with a nice touch of cranberries and tobacco. SUPERIORE.DE
