    "Oudeis" has its origin in the Greek name "Odysseus" and means "nobody". And indeed, no one but the outstanding terroir of the Alta Langa is responsible for the complexity of Enrico Serafino's sparkling wines.

    Delicate, copper-coloured pink with orange reflections. Elegant and mineral nose, fruity in delicate hints, yeasty and with notes of grapefruit and redcurrants.
