The rare Titolo Rosato is not only a feast for the eyes, but already sets the scene with its fresh and spicy bouquet of mandarins, cherries, sage and sweet smoke. On the palate, this freshness is combined with a taut yet silky texture, followed by acidic, citrusy notes and a beautiful saltiness that provide plenty of excitement and drinking flow. "The 2021 Rosato Titolo Pink Edition is going to win over a lot of hearts with its rosy mix of ripe cherries, licorice and hints of candle wax. It’s texturally deep yet energetic and has a salty tension. This 2021 shows more florals than fruit and is impactful, to say the least. A coating of rounded tannins lingers, along with touches of bitter citrus and gingery spice. This is a fantastic rendition of the Titolo Pink, a varietal Aglianico.
